I understand the Personal Santa call is with one child per Call. Speaker phones are acceptable so the call may be heard and enjoyed by others. The Call will be placed on the date and during the time frame selected on this order form.

The Personal Santa call will last a few minutes (aproximately 2-3 minutes) and will include information provided on the order form.

If there is NO ANSWER / BUSY at the phone number given for Santa to call, AT LEAST 2 more attempts will be made by Santa at different TIMES on the DATE selected. An email will be sent confirming the times calls were attempted . After 3 attempts the charge for the call will still apply and will not be refunded .
